Rated 1 out of 5 by LeShan from Extremely Awful New Packaging The 1 star review is for the awful new packaging even though the product itself is a 5 star. I just returned a six pack of expression hand towels because the current packaging doesn’t fit with my decor. The response from Kleenex on previous reviews has been “sorry if the new packaging isn’t your cup of tea”. Well, it’s not. Is it not possible to provide your loyal customers with options, i.e. original neutral color packaging, summer, bright, colorful packaging or Halloween, etc themed packaging? Kleenex you left me no option but to find another product until such time your hand towel department take my & others suggestions into consideration.

But I hate the new packaging. Like the other recent reviews the new food colors are too bright & do not fit with modern kitchens & baths. I am going to have to suspend the subscription as long as this is current theme on packaging.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ang320 from Awful new colors! I just received a box of six from Amazon. I’ve been buying these hand towels for years and have been highly satisfied in the past. The new designs are just awful. What eyesores they are! These are shockingly bright and completely out of place for the fall season we are entering. They would look appropriate in a beach property. Please bring back neutral colors.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Sayitisntso from great concept for disposable hand towels I love the concept of the Kleenex Hand Towels and they work well---a bit expensive and I thought the color selection was a bit limited. But NOW, the color selection is "food" and so bright and patterned that it ruins any theme you already have in your bathroom or kitchen--with cherries and blueberries and flowers. Nobody wants their Kleenex to be the first thing that pops when you walk into a bathroom or kitchen. I think more subdued, classy, colors would be so much better. I stopped buying them because of the new "food and flower bright colors" because it takes away from the actual decor of the a room and it becomes what one's eyes are drawn to. From a marketing aspect for Kleenex, I understand your thoughts on how you thought that would benefit you, but from a consumer standpoint....they look pretty on the shelf at the store so I left them there....sadly....sigh...
